Dermal Filler Treatments

Lip Enhancement

Lip Enhancement allows you to get more definition into your lips, regaining youthful plumpness. It can be used to tackle a whole host of different imperfections such as asymmetry, smokers lines, wrinkled lips and adding definition to the cupids bow.

This relatively simple non-surgical procedure is a great option for those who require a quick enhancement to their lower face.
What Can Be Done...?

There are two options available for lip filler treatments:

Shaping

Shaping involves injecting thin linear streaks of soft dermal filler superficially across the 'vermillion border' surrounding the lips. This is ideal for those with little shape, fine perforal lines, subtle changes of enhancing mild shape that already exists.

Volumisation

Volumisation involves injecting deeper into the 'wet-dry' border of the lips to add substance to wasted areas and can even create a 'sof pout' when injected centrally.

Shaping and volumisation can be combined depending on the required effect.

Nasolabial Line Filler

The nasolabial fold is the deep crease running from either side of the nose down towards the corners of the mouth. This crease becomes more noticeable as part of the natural ageing process. Fat is lost from the cheeks reducing skin volume and making this fold appear deeper. Repeated smiling or having a "big Smile" may result in permanent deep creases in this area.
What Can Be Done...?

Deep nasolabial folds can be corrected through injections of dermal filler into the surrounding area. This restores lost volume and softens the appearance of these creases. The goal of nasolabial fold injections is to even out the skin volume leaving you with a smoother, refreshed looking appearance.

Corner of the Mouth Filler & Marionette Lines

Marionette lines are long vertical wrinkles that traverse from the corners of the lips to the chin. The name is derived from Marionette puppets that have long vertical lines to allow their mouths to open when they talk. In humans these creases can give a grim or sad look to the face. These lines occur with age, smoking and genetics. Marionette lines can progress to form jowls later on.
What Can Be Done...?

It is possible to lift these corners with dermal filler by adding volume and anchoring the corners higher up.

Cheekbone Formation

Over time the face loses fat, causing the cheeks to become flat and saggy, giving way to a sunken-in look. Although some are born with naturally high cheekbones, achieving the look of sculpted cheeks can be accomplished through both nonsurgical and surgical treatments that focus on restoring plumpness, volume and definition.
What Can Be Done...?

To restore volume to the midface and recreate youthful contours, we can use dermal fillers. Thick cross-linked hyaluronic acid injections can be placed directly above the cheekbones and moulded to define natural cheekbone structure. They can also lift areas lower down such as the nasolabial folds. Satisfaction among this procedure tends to be very high, and the fillers can last as long as 18 months.

Perioral Line Filler

Also known as vertical ‘lipstick lines’, are the result of many years of smoking, sun damage and natural ageing. They can be static (present at rest) or active (present on contraction) and can appear above and/or below the lips in the distribution of the orbicularis oris muscle - a strap-like muscle around the mouth.

What Can Be Done...?

This area can be treated by a combination of both Botox (to relax the muscle) and filler (to add volume that is lost) often with great, long-lasting results.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a medical aesthetic procedure in which injectable fillers are used to alter and shape a person's nose without surgery. The procedure fills in depressed areas on the nose, lifting the angle of the tip or smoothing the appearance of bumps on the bridge. Non surgical rhinoplasty is an augmentation procedure and it can optically reduce the size of someone's nose.

The filler-injection technique allows for:

  • the augmentation of a nasal bridge (depressed dorsum)
  • the added projection of the nasal tip
  • correction of retracted or bended columella
  • visual reduction of nose size
  • the perceptual diminution of a nasal hump
  • enhancing a retracted anterior nasal spine
  • The treatment can last 12 months.

Nonsurgical Jawline and Chin Contouring

Whilst a weak jawline or small chin might be an inherited condition, it could, however, simply be a sign of ageing. As our skin loses elasticity it gives way to gravity and it tends to leave us with sagging skin.

We can correct this and improve the shape and balance of the lower face.

By adjusting the contour of the face, our non-surgical treatments can bring back balance to your facial features.

Our process is very effective and the results are immediate. Both chin and jawline can be treated in a single appointment and the effects will normally last from 9 to 12 months.

Chemical Facelift with H.E.X.A Technique

As we age, our skin loses its elasticity and the effect of skin sagging becomes more noticeable.  When this is diagnosed early enough, our chemical facelift treatment is very effective at restoring a more youthful appearance.

Developed by leading plastic surgeons, the HEXA technique is combined with Face Volume Restoration giving a nice, noticeable effect without looking overdone as can happen with a surgical procedure.

Face Volume Restoration

In order to add some lost volume and give a little bit of tightness Face Volume Restoration is a perfect solution. Fat in superficial compartments is loosing its volume with the time which leads to older appearance, gravitation effect of sagging or loose skin and changed shape of the face.

Face Volume Restoration is a perfect solution to return lost volume to the face. As we age, the fat in superficial compartments of the skin loses volume and, with time, makes us look older. Expertly replacing the lost fat with Dermal Filler restores the beautiful shape of the face and restores tightness of the skin.  The effect is immediate and lasts for up to twelve months.

This treatment can be combined with the Chemical facelift for fantastic results.

Hand Filler

Apart from the face and neck, the hand is the most visible unclothed area of the body. However, despite great advances in facial cosmetic procedures, hand rejuvenation has been largely neglected. Following the trend in facial cosmetic procedures, patients are now increasingly requesting hand rejuvenation treatments. Intrinsic ageing of the hands is characterized by loss of dermal elasticity and atrophy of the subcutaneous tissue. Thus, veins, tendons and bony structures become apparent. Among the available procedures, intrinsic ageing of the hands is best improved by restoring the volume of soft tissue.
What Can Be Done...?

Dermal fillers can be injected superficially into the dermal layer of the skin at multiple points. The filler used is often ‘runny’ allowing it to spread over larger areas before toughening up. Fillers here can add a youthfulness to the hands- one of the major give-aways to ones true age, and can last as long as 2 years. Best part, due to little superficial innervation across the dorsal aspects of the hands the procedure is virtually painless!

Tear Trough

Tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. It can cast a shadow below eyes, resulting in a tired appearance. Some people think their tear troughs make them look older or tired. In certain individuals, tear troughs are an inherited trait. In others, tear troughs become more prominent with age. That’s because facial tissues lose volume as you get older.

The goal of a tear trough filler is to reduce the depth of a tear trough. A trained medical professional injects dermal filler into the area, making the skin look fuller and tighter. It’s a nonsurgical method of facial rejuvenation.

The treatment can last 18 months.

Temple Fillers

Dermal fillers can add volume to the temple area and plump skin up. This can help stretch out skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles around temples, eyes, and forehead. Hyaluronic acid is especially suited for this purpose because body naturally produces this substance.

Patients who receive temple fillers achieve a more oval or heart-shaped face. The treatment helps with hollows which tend to appear with age. Men who choose the procedure can also achieve a stronger brow area and improved, masculine face shape.
